Our little Man Tate!

by Charles

Ruth and Bob did a garden run today and here’s a sample of what they got us! Our own little prodigy, who sadly is no longer with us, due to prior commitments made with Ruth to be the base of her famous Peperonata. He’ll be revered and held in high esteem.

Ruth & Bob’s Garden Party: Curry Fish, Beet Salad, Tomato Salad and Two Sauces!

by Charles

Today, our palates were serenaded by one of the most delightful  fish curries of my life time and I wish many of my close foodie friends, were here at the table to share in this epic twinkle. It was an absolute culinary explosion of flavors rolling back and forth on my taste buds like waves on a beach. With each mouth watering bite, followed three levels of mighty experiences, (excitement, orgasmic and euphoria).  To pour the sauce on thicker,  each and every participating ingredient was brought to the table from the lush garden of Ruth & Bob Plitt!

Another Precious Day In Melbourne!

by Charles

Today was a another glorious day down in Melbourne! An early morning business meeting at 7am started the day, then it was back to the office for a few hours. Later that afternoon we met Kat, Lorraine and her boyfriend Max, for dinner at Clay Pot! We had two large fish with an assortment of vegetable dishes to start, accompanied by a bottle of champagne. After a tasty dinner, we headed down to the boardwalk in hopes of catching the March of the Penguins from one side of the beach to the other and of course they never showed, with the exception of a few of them here and there, cleverly hiding in between the rocks, probably laughing at us. Nonetheless, we had a sunset!
